Station 8 was dispatched along with Companies from 7 and 2 on a 1st alarm assignment, assisting Newport Fire Co. Chief 10 arrived to a working trailer fire. Squad 3 and Rescue 9 were also called to the scene.

Engine 8 was assigned to set up a fill site at a near by pond, as Tanker 8 supplied tank water for fire ground operations. Rescue 8 crew assisted on scene.
