Thanks to the NBFD members, friends of the fire company, Kirby Kitner for always moving our carnival trailer around, and the WP Wrestling for helping the 1st night of set up. And it was a hot one for sure.

A lot of unseen work has to happen to have a successful carnival. NBFD is very fortunate to have members, fire company friends, and clubs that help with set up and tear down, and work at stands during the carnival. Without their commitment, this carnival would not happen. Not to mention the patrons who come and support our carnival each year. It takes both to have a successful carnival. Remove one and the carnival would cease to exist.

Only two fire company carnivals are left in Perry County, one being ours. So if anyone is interested in helping in any way, see a NBFD member to see how you can help. Even if its just for an hour, it might give a member the opportunity to spend some time with their family at the carnival. Any time that you can volunteer is greatly appreciated.
