New Sutphen Tanker Is Underway

The replacement of our 1985 Mack Tanker ( 38 yrs old ) has started with a contract with Sutphen Fire Apparatus. The chassis is being built in Urbana, Ohio. When the chassis is completed, it will be shipped to Lake Ariel, Pa for the rest of the build. A finish date is projected for April 2024.

After years of applying for a Tanker grant, we were awarded a FEMA AFG grant in the amount of $300,000.00 on 9-9-22 to be used towards this Tanker.
